Mobile Home Park Rates
Annual lot rental rates are based on our "open season" from March 20th to November 5th. Lot rents are billed annually, due April 1st of each year.
Rates for the 2026 season:

In addition to lot rent, a "Services Invoice" is due each year on October 1st. This invoice is for utilities and services provided to the tenants by the landlord.
The sewer and water charge is based on water and sewer usage by all tenants. Sewer and water rate for the 2025 season was: $703.00. Subject to change.
Household trash collection rate for the 2025 season was: $160.00. Subject to change.
Pedestrian beach access fee for 2025 was $100.00. Subject to change.
